I first met Scott when I was a nutrition intern at Worcester Warriors rugby club where he held the strength and conditioning role.
Scott has also worked with Sale Sharks rugby club and more recently dived into cyclising where he worked with British Cycling and was the strength coaching for the Paralympic cycling team at the most recent olympics.
You will find out straight away how experianced he is and how he likes to keep things simple with his approach to strength training.
