Ideal for those who require support for their training, racing or preparation towards a sporting event, I’ll help you fuel your workouts properly and recover strongly.

I can also help to adapt body composition in the off season, as well as support conditions such as raised blood pressure, diabetes, increased cholesterol and weight management.

What you get

  • 2x 1-hour sessions, flexible availability and evening slots.

  • After each session, you will get notes of what we have discussed + individualised nutrition plan to focus on,

  • Email support for the duration of the package.

  • Weekly check-ins to support accountability and progress.

How does it work

  • Screening - health and lifestyle questionnaire & 3-day food diary*

  • Goal setting - 1-hour session to determine your goals, how I can help and what you would like from me and a chance for us to troubleshoot on specific topics.

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Email support throughout

  • Review - 1 hr session at the end of the 6 weeks to determine progress and discuss next steps.

    *Within the screening process there is an opportunity to do a blood test with Forth. The cost of the blood test is not included in my service, it is a bolt-on. Often a blood test is a useful tool to determine certain bio markers such as vitamin D, cholesterol and ferritin. Please contact me if you have any questions.

One-Off Nutrition Consultation

 

If you need a soundboard for any sports nutrition, weight loss or healthspan goals then this consultation is for you. It may be that you are 75% of the way there but you just need a professional to look over things with you and discuss the next steps. 

What you get

  • 1-hour session, flexible availability and evening slots.

  • After the session, you'll receive notes of what we discussed, as well as a video from me talking you through all of the important aspects of our session and what to do next.

  • If something is not clear following our sessions together I am available for email support until you are satisfied.
